What we collect

We collect only the information needed to plan your event and process your booking:

• Contact and event details you provide when you email us or use our contact form — such as your name, email address, and information about your event.
• Booking and payment information when you purchase a service through our checkout. Card payments are processed by Square; your full card number is entered directly into Square's secure payment fields and never touches our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation and the billing details needed to fulfill your booking.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, plan and deliver the services you book, process payments and refunds, and keep required business records. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except vendors directly involved in delivering your event and our payment processor (Square).

Cookies and analytics

This site does not run advertising trackers. Square's payment components may set cookies strictly necessary for secure payment processing and fraud prevention.

Data retention and your choices

We keep booking records as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@ddeventsco.com.
