What does the $15 consultation include?
A dedicated virtual planning session where we talk through your event, scope, and budget, and outline how we’d approach it. If you book a package afterward, the $15 is credited toward it.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel 30 or more days before your event date for a full refund of amounts paid. Within 30 days of the event, payments are non-refundable. Full details:

When is my card charged?
At checkout your card is authorized, not charged. We capture payment only when we confirm your booking and date by email. Payments are processed securely by Square.
How does corporate pricing work?
Corporate engagements start from $2,500 and are scoped and quoted individually.

Can I bring my own vendors?
Absolutely. We coordinate vendors you’ve chosen, or source and manage them for you with the Vendor Management add-on ($385).
Do you plan events outside the Nashville metro?
Our core area is the Nashville metro. If your event is further out,
ask us — feasibility depends on the date and scope.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can — good dates and vendors go first. That said, day-of coordination and set-ups can sometimes work on shorter timelines; the consultation is the fastest way to find out.
What happens after I book online?
Your card is authorized and you get an email from us to schedule the consultation or confirm your date. Payment is captured only once your booking is confirmed.
Can I split my payment into installments?
Yes. Packages and signature set-ups can be reserved with a flat deposit — Full Event Planning $500, Day-Of Coordination $400, Proposal Set-Up $200, Birthday Set-Up $250, Engagement Party $300, Baby Shower $250, Commercial Activations $700, Conferences & Multi-Day Programs $1,000, Destination & International $1,500 — with the remaining balance (including add-ons) split evenly over 2, 3, 4, or 5 weekly payments, charged automatically starting 7 days after booking. The $15 consultation is pay-in-full.
How do the automatic weekly payments work?
With the consent you give at checkout, your card is securely saved with Square and each installment is charged on schedule. If a charge fails we retry after 3 days, then contact you by email. Refunds follow our

Is the consultation refundable?
The $15 consultation is a booked planning session, and the same 30-day policy applies to it as to other services. If you book a package afterward, it’s credited to your total either way.
