We start with a handoff meeting to absorb your plan, confirm every vendor, and build the run-of-show. On the day, we’re on site early — directing setup, keeping the timeline, and solving problems before they reach you.

Questions
When do you get involved?
Typically in the weeks before the event: a handoff meeting first, vendor confirmations after, and full ownership on the day.
Is this only for weddings?
No — any planned event: birthdays, private dinners, celebrations, corporate gatherings.
What if something isn’t planned yet?
If there are open gaps we’ll flag them at the handoff meeting. Bigger gaps might fit better with Full Event Planning or an add-on like Vendor Management.
