What does the base package cover?
Planning, coordination, and on-site direction for a single destination event. Travel and accommodation for our team and any location-specific costs are quoted separately and passed through at cost.
How far do you travel?
Anywhere reachable — domestic destinations and international events alike. Feasibility and travel costs are confirmed in your written plan before anything is booked.
Can we split the payment?
Yes — book with a $1,500 deposit and split the base-package balance over 2–5 weekly payments at checkout. Travel pass-through costs are invoiced separately.
